Battlefield Health Care have been providing care for my young daughter Hannah, for the past 9 years. The level of care is exceptional, and I feel blessed that the carers are genuinely the kindest people I have ever met, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
I have been having Battlefield care for 18 months now to put me on the toilet every day. In that time, they have only been late once (that was because the A5 was closed my son was stuck in it to).
All the carers are cheerful and polite and always leave the bathroom clean and tidy (sometimes cleaner than they found it).
I receive my rota by email every Friday without fail, communication from the office staff is spot on and are always willing to help if changes are needed.
The difference between Battlefield and the last company I had coming in is like night and day. I would recommend Battlefield to anyone

The management team were very responsive and willing to alter and change the care package at short notice. They were approachable and very understanding, l always felt they were there to offer support and help if needed. I can honestly recommend the service.
I am in a much better place with Battlefield. All the staff are caring, attentive and pleasant on arrival. My time with my carers is enjoyable from the moment they start and finish helping me prepare for the day. The management are always listening and nothing is too much of a problem if you any have concerns.
